10 Surprising Signs of Dehydration

You’re probably familiar with some of the early signs of dehydration.  Chances are you’ve experienced one of them at one time, drank some water and were able to get right back on track quickly.  Thirst, fatigue, cramps, headache and constipation are all easily recognizable signs

But there are some other signs of dehydration that may surprise you.  When dehydration happens, it affects every cell in the body.  Since cells are designed to do different things, it only follows that dehydration can cause (or at least contribute to) many different things.
