Method
- Preheat Air Fryer to 325 degrees using the Bake setting.
- Mix together the ingredients for the fruit base and place in a 1 c ramekin.
- Mix together the whey protein powder, Pyure and baking powder. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Place on top of the fruit base.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes. The topping should just start to brown and turn crisp.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
