Method
- Place as many eggs as you want in your Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Close the lid and set the pot for 4 minutes on Manual.
- When the pot has finished cooking, allow the eggs to sit in the pot for 4 additional minutes before doing a Quick Release to release the pressure. Be sure to avoid the steam.
- Open the lid and carefully remove the hot eggs. Place them in an ice bath until cooled completely.
- Peel and use immediately or save for later.
