Method
- Mix all of the seasonings, lemon juice and liquid coconut oil in the dish you will use to marinate the pork.
- Add the pork (either as a roast, pre-cut into pieces or as shish kebabs) and onion.
- Toss to coat.
- Marinate at least 24 hours. (Toss the meat a few times while marinating.)
- The meat can then be roasted in the oven, pan fried until all the marinade is reduced or grilled as shish kebabs.
