Greek Marinade
This marinade is savory and flavorful with a touch of lemon. It's incredibly easy and versatile, and will be an instant family favorite.

- 2 T pink Himalyan salt
- 2 T dried oregano
- 2 T dried parsley
- 3 lemons juice only
- 1/2 c liquid coconut oil
- 1 onion large
- 3-4 lbs. pork
Mix all of the seasonings, lemon juice and liquid coconut oil in the dish you will use to marinate the pork.
Add the pork (either as a roast, pre-cut into pieces or as shish kebabs) and onion.
Toss to coat.
Marinate at least 24 hours. (Toss the meat a few times while marinating.)
The meat can then be roasted in the oven, pan fried until all the marinade is reduced or grilled as shish kebabs.
