Sausage Seasoning Blend

This seasoning is great with ground chicken, as well as the traditional ground pork!  If you're using ground chicken, be sure not to overcook it - you don't want it to be dry.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 4 t dried parsley
  • 1 T Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 t fennel seed
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 2 t paprika
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t black pepper
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Mix together all the spices and store in an air-tight container.
  2. Use 1-2 T per pound of ground meat.
