If you're low carb or keto and you've been missing hot cereal like oatmeal, Cream of Wheat or Malt-O-Meal, or if you're just tired of eggs, this one's for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c hemp seeds
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 2/3 c water
  • 2 t butter or ghee
  • 1 1/2 t almond butter
  • Pink Himalayan salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly.  Cook until thick.
